Job summary

Slingshot AI seeks a Creative Performance Lead to own the D2C creative motion for Ash. You’ll identify, create, test, and scale assets—copy, visuals, and scripts—working with the growth team.

This hands-on role demands rapid iteration, data-informed decisions, and a strong voice that resonates with the target audience. You’ll partner with media buyers, craft briefs for multiple creators, and shape Ash’s market identity.

Qualifications

• Experience writing performance copy and end-to-end creative testing
• Ability to iterate quickly and defend taste with data
• Background in consumer-focused, subscription products a plus

Responsibilities

• Own the weekly experiment loop: hypothesis, A/B test, read results and iterate
• Build repeatable testing cadence, angle library and real-user language bank
• Create winning concepts and raise hit rate of concepts to scale paid media
• Write hooks, headlines, overlays and scripts in the voice of the scrolling user
• Brief at volume with network-specific adaptations
• Coach creators with sharp feedback and assist in producing content
• Collaborate with media buying on weekly cadence and challenge KPIs
• Develop product and audience understanding to decide what works in paid
• Set Ash's visual and verbal point of view in the market
