Job summary

Slingshot AI is seeking a Head of Creative - Paid Social to lead the creative motion strategy for Ash, our AI mental health assistant. You will own the end-to-end creative loop—from copy to visuals—testing rapidly to identify winners and scale successful concepts.

You will produce assets yourself using the AI stack, Figma, CapCut, and related tools. A strong track record in paid media, performance copy, and creator ops is essential for success in this hands-on role.

Qualifications

• You produce assets yourself on the AI stack using Figma and CapCut.
• Experience moving between paid media and creative or vice versa.
• Strong performance copywriting with fast iteration.
• Background in consumer subscription products is a plus.
• Ability to set up clean tests and defend your taste with data.

Responsibilities

• Own the weekly experiment loop: hypotheses, A/B tests, read results, identify winners, and iterate.
• Build a repeatable testing system: cadence, angle library, tagging, and real user language sources.
• Create winning concepts and raise hit rate for scale in paid channels.
• Write hooks, headlines, overlays, and scripts in the voice of the user.
• Brief at volume for multiple creators, aligned with network rewards.
• Coach creators with sharp feedback and provide creator ops support when needed.
• Collaborate with media buying on a weekly cadence and challenge buys with data.
• Develop product and audience understanding to drive paid success.
• Set the visual and verbal point of view for Ash in market.
