Job summary

Slingshot AI, the team behind Ash, seeks a Head of Creative - Paid Social to own and scale our D2C creative motion. You’ll craft copy, visuals, and tag-lines, iterating quickly to identify winning concepts and drive Ash in front of users.

You will work hands-on on the AI-driven creative stack (Figma, CapCut) and collaborate with growth, product, and engineering to build repeatable testing systems that improve performance across networks.

Qualifications

• Experience translating product and audience insights into high-performing creative.
• Proven ability to ideate, test, and scale paid social concepts.
• Strong copywriting and ability to critique and iterate quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own the weekly experimentation loop: create hypotheses, run tests, read results, identify winners, iterate.
• Build a repeatable system for testing cadence, angle library, tagging, and using real user language.
• Develop winning concepts and raise hit rate of successful ideas to improve scale.
• Write hooks, headlines, overlays, and scripts in the voice of the user.
• Brief at volume with network-tailored approaches and multiple interpreters.
• Coach creators with sharp feedback and, if needed, perform creator ops.
• Collaborate with media buying on a weekly cadence to challenge the buyer on performance.
• Develop product and audience understanding to inform paid strategy.
• Set the visual and verbal POV for Ash in market.
