We have an exciting opportunity for a Performance Advocate (CI) to work collaboratively with the Metering Strategy and Technical Operations Manager. The role involves supporting the creation and implementation of a Lean Transformation within Metering Operations.
You will be a key member of the Metering Operations Team, focusing on CI projects identified through LEAN/CI methodologies. Your responsibilities include improving customer experience, streamlining processes, managing performance, developing skills, and fostering cultural change.
The successful candidate will support deploying Lean solutions, promoting continuous improvement, simplifying processes, enhancing satisfaction, and reducing waste. You will establish development plans to sustain a continuous improvement mindset through coaching, workshops, and embedding new processes.
You will work with field and office teams to identify improvement opportunities, lead change initiatives, and standardize best practices. Designing sustainability assessments and supporting the sharing of best practices will also be part of your role.
This position requires travel between sites.
