• Act as a first point of contact for colleagues and managers, ensuring that people processes are delivered consistently, accurately and in line with organisational policies and employment legislation.
• Contribute to the employee lifecycle, support workforce wellbeing initiatives and maintain the HR systems, records and processes that underpin an effective People function.
