Job summary

Verisure is seeking an HR & Talent Management Coordinator to support onboarding, training, performance reviews, and career development. You will partner with employees, managers and the HR team to ensure a smooth employee experience aligned with our culture.

You will help plan talent programs, support L&D initiatives, maintain data, and drive engagement while collaborating with HR business partners across the organization.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, or organization development.
• 1–3 years in HR, talent management, or learning & development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support HR and talent programs including onboarding, performance reviews, and career development.
• Coordinate learning & development initiatives and manage scheduling and logistics.
• Maintain HR data accuracy and generate reports for the HR team.
• Assist with performance management cycles and reminders, ensuring timely progress.
• Assist with employee engagement surveys and follow-up actions.
• Provide admin support for talent reviews and succession planning.
