Job summary

NHS England is seeking a Senior People Services Transformation Lead for Workforce Information to join the Transforming People Services (TPS) programme. You will design and deliver user‑centred, digitally enabled workforce information services to improve staff experience and operational efficiency.

You will bring operational expertise, policy, service design and digital capability to reshape how people services are delivered across the NHS, with the goal of improving outcomes for staff, patients

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex transformation, service improvement or workforce redesign programmes within large or complex organisations.
• Strong understanding of HR, workforce or people services, with experience designing user-centred and digitally enabled service models.
• Experience bringing together experts and customers to develop a service or function.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver innovative, user‑centred workforce information services.
• Collaborate with policy, service design and digital teams to redesign people services at scale.
