Gordon Murray Group in Shalford is seeking a Head of People & Culture to lead the people agenda during a period of growth and transformation. You will partner with the CEO and senior leadership, translating business priorities into a cohesive people strategy while also rolling up your sleeves on core HR activity.

Qualificações

• Significant senior HR leadership experience in fast-paced, scaling or multi-entity businesses.
• Experience leading organisational change: restructuring, systems implementation or process redesign.
• Strong generalist HR background across ER, employment law, rewards, talent acquisition and HR operations.

Responsabilidades

• Act as trusted advisor to CEO and senior leadership, shaping the People & Culture strategy aligned to commercial objectives.
• Communicate between leadership and People team to ensure timely decision making and delivery.
• Design and evolve organisational structure across GMG, GMA and GMAE with job architecture and reporting lines.
• Define and embed culture and values reflecting pace, innovation and engineering excellence.
• Own budget, KPIs and reporting with data-led insights into workforce trends and risk.
• Drive change management, including stakeholder engagement and manager coaching.
• Provide hands-on support across recruitment, onboarding, performance, ER and offboarding.
• Oversee reward, benefits and pay structures for scalability and equity.
• Champion employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives using pulse surveys.
• Build career development, progression and succession frameworks for retention through change.
