Job summary

NG Bailey Group Limited seeks a Head of People Transformation to drive end-to-end transformation across the People Team. You will shape the operating model, champion new ways of working, and implement digital tools to deliver value and support a rapidly growing workforce.

With senior-level experience in HR transformation and change management, you will partner across IT, Finance and other functions, track benefits, and define a multi-year transformation roadmap to enable strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Previous senior level experience in business change, People transformation and HR transformation.
• Generalist HR background across multiple stakeholders, multiple divisions or industries.
• Proven track record leading large scale change programmes in complex organisations.
• Strong understanding of different People operating models and service delivery approaches.
• Experience with HR systems and HCM software, digital tools or process automation.
• Commercial mindset balancing cost, quality and colleague experience.
• Comfort with data, metrics and performance measures.
• Clear, pragmatic thinker with a strong delivery focus.

Responsibilities

• Support the overall People function transformation agenda, creating a clear vision, roadmap and outcomes.
• Help shape and implement a future fit People operating model with strategic partnering and reliable service delivery.
• Improve colleague and manager experience using technology effectively.
• Drive adoption of digital tools, data and automation to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead change management for the People function and wider business, ensuring changes are understood and sustained.
• Advise the Group People Director on People transformation, service delivery and operating model matters.
• Support the People function SLT in delivering transformation and other projects.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance and other functions to align transformation activity.
• Track and report benefits, outcomes and performance measures linked to the transformation programme.
• Create a clear People transformation strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Increase use of data and insight to support decision making.
