Hippo, based in Leeds, seeks a People Business Partner to help shape culture, drive engagement, and lead data-driven people strategies. This role sits in a transforming People function that uses AI and automation to free time for senior-level coaching and complex problem-solving.

We are looking for a CIPD-qualified senior HR professional with strong generalist experience, capable of influencing at executive levels and partnering with business leaders to enable growth and high performance.

Qualifications

• Fully CIPD-qualified HR professional with a senior-level track record in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Extensive generalist experience with influencing and stakeholder-management across the employee lifecycle.
• Proven ability to translate workforce data into executive recommendations using AI-powered analytics.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted coaching and strategic advice to senior managers on complex people issues and organizational change.
• Interrogate engagement analytics to shape culture strategies and drive wellbeing initiatives with measurable impact.
• Design and drive leadership development and capability frameworks across departments.
