Hippo Digital Limited in Leeds is seeking an experienced People Advisor to support our growing workforce. You will provide high-quality, responsive advisory support to managers, navigate employee relations, and promote a progressive culture while using data-driven insights to drive retention and engagement.

Based in our Leeds office one day per week, you will partner with the People team to develop inclusive policies, streamline processes, and implement improvements across the employee

Qualifications

• Advisory experience in HR/People, handling end-to-end Employee Relations.
• Ability to analyse people data and present trends to stakeholders.
• Experience in fast-paced, growth environments with multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of ER issues end-to-end, translating policies into practical advice for managers.
• Own the evolution of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and inclusivity.
• Analyse people data to provide actionable, evidence-based insights for decision-making.
• Identify friction points in workflows and implement automations or improvements.
• Coordinate employee surveys, internal communications, and wellbeing/DI&B initiatives.
