Job summary

Hippo, a Leeds-based digital consultancy, is seeking an experienced People Advisor to support our workforce across the employee lifecycle. The role requires presence in the Leeds office one day per week, with a focus on advisory support, engagement and retention.

You will balance pragmatic problem solving with data-driven insights to help Hippo scale while upholding our values of human, pragmatic and ambitious.

Qualifications

• Advisory background in HR/People with end-to-end Employee Relations experience.
• CIPD qualified or currently working towards certification.
• Data literacy to analyse people data and present trends to stakeholders.
• Fast-paced delivery in a dynamic, growing environment with multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Employee Relations cases for managers and staff.
• Develop and evolve HR policies and procedures for clarity and compliance.
• Analyse people data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Drive process improvements and automation to streamline HR workflows.
• Coordinate culture, wellbeing and DI&B initiatives and communications.
