Job summary

Gartner is seeking an Associate Director to shape the people agenda for the EMEA Consulting organization. You will partner with leaders on talent management, succession, change management and leadership development, combining advisory expertise with hands-on execution to boost performance and growth.

You will work with HR Centers of Excellence to build capability and ensure the right talent and leadership structures across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 8-10 years of progressive HR Business Partner or Organizational Effectiveness experience.
• Experience supporting complex multi-country professional services organizations.
• Proven HR Generalist skills including employee relations, employment law, engagement, succession, comp, performance management, workforce planning, recruitment and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead leadership coaching and organizational effectiveness initiatives for the EMEA Consulting organization.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations, and performance management with legal and policy alignment.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment and retention in competitive markets.
• Support compensation planning and ensure pay decisions align with performance and market competitiveness.
• Advise leadership on workforce planning, team design, and organizational transformation.
