Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Director People Partner to lead HR across EMEA from Buckinghamshire. You will guide workforce planning, organizational health, and people strategy while coaching senior leaders and aligning global programs with regional needs.

In this senior role you will build capability within the HR team, drive change, and strengthen governance to improve associate experience and business impact across the region.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree.
• Long standing experience of progressive leadership roles in HR.
• Coaching and influencing People Leaders and leading HR projects/change.
• Continuous improvement and lean principles.
• Familiar with digital analytics or AI enabled tools to enhance HR decision making.
• Travel: 40% travel within EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing HR team across EMEA and drive HR Evolution.
• Advise business and functional leadership on people strategy, workforce planning, and organizational health.
• Coach People Leaders on complex topics and support HR Business Partners and COEs.
• Collaborate with COEs to translate global talent strategies into effective programs.
• Assess ER/LR risk and strengthen preventative practices.
• Activate global programs across EMEA and enable cross-business collaboration.
• Strengthen governance and use metrics to improve associate experience and business impact.
