ASDA is seeking an Operations Specialist - People Services on a 12 Month FTC to deliver accurate, timely HR processing and policy guidance. You’ll act as a first point of contact for colleagues and managers, handling cases through multiple service channels while supporting continuous improvement and a strong customer-focused culture.

Reporting to the Lead Operations Specialist/Operations Manager, you will manage day-to-day transactions, ensure data integrity, and help drive service excellence

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of People Services and HR processes.
• Experience delivering high-volume shared services with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver People Services transactions accurately and in line with SLAs and SOPs.
• Resolve colleague and manager queries via case, phone, chat channels.
• Provide guidance on People policies and systems to managers.
• Own cases and service requests with timely communication.
• Maintain accurate employee records and data integrity.
• Collaborate to deliver a seamless end-to-end colleague experience.
