Job summary

The Twinings Ovo Careers team is seeking a People Services Coordinator to deliver reward and payroll administration, working closely with the International Reward Operations Manager, Reward Advisor and Payroll lead.

This role sits within the Reward and HR Shared Services team as part of the International HR function, with approximately a 50/50 split between Payroll and Reward & Benefits Administration, requiring flexibility to priorities across both areas.

The focus of the People Services Coordinator is to deliver reward and payroll admin activities working closely with the International Reward Operations Manager, Reward Advisor and Payroll lead.

The role is part of a broader team which spans Reward and HR Shared Services and is part of the International HR team.

The role is split approximately 50% Payroll and 50% Reward & Benefits Administration. The successful candidate needs to be comfortable moving between both areas depending on business priorities rather than viewing them as separate functions.

Please note this is an 18 month Fixed Term Contract.
