Job summary

Talk Staff Group Limited is seeking an experienced Reporting Analyst to turn business data into meaningful insights across multiple systems. You will develop, maintain and improve reporting solutions to help teams understand performance and identify trends.

You will work with stakeholders to translate reporting requirements, produce clear reports and support operational and commercial decision making. A data analytics mindset and strong Excel/Power BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in data analytics, business, finance, maths, statistics or related discipline.
• Experience in reporting, data analysis or service-led environment.
• Experience producing business reports and analyzing data in a commercial setting.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to interpret complex information and communicate clearly.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.

Our client is looking for an experienced Reporting Analyst to join their team and play a key role in turning business data into meaningful insights.

Working with data from a range of systems and business areas, you'll develop, maintain and improve reporting solutions that help teams understand performance, identify trends and make informed decisions.

You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements, translating business needs into clear and effective reports.

This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical and commercially minded individual who enjoys working with data, solving problems and finding better ways to present information.

To be considered for the role, you ll require the following essentials:

• A degree or equivalent experience in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in a reporting, data analysis or service led environment
• Experience producing business reports and analysing data within a commercial or fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, Power BI or similar reporting and data visualisation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of data accuracy.
