People Relations Advisor — ER Specialist (Remote / Hybrid)

Job summary

East London NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a People Relations Advisor to support its People & Culture Department. You will advise managers and staff on employee relations issues, provide coaching and training to managers, and escalate complex cases following policy and best practice.

Two roles are available: one in Luton & Bedfordshire, and one in East London. Remote working is possible, with on-site presence required at least twice weekly.

Qualifications

• Level 5 CIPD or postgraduate diploma in Human Resource Management.
• Experience in generalist HR and providing Employee Relations advice in a large, complex organisation.
• Experience advising managers and staff on ER issues in line with policies, procedures and best practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide ER advice and support to managers and staff across a range of employment issues.
• Act as a point of contact for managers and employees for ER guidance.
• Deliver training to up-skill managers on HR policies and ER practices.
• Collaborate with managers to educate and coach on best practice and escalate issues where appropriate.
