Job summary

East London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a People Relations Advisor to join the People & Culture team. You will provide specialist employee relations advice to managers and staff and support ER casework across the organisation.

The role includes acting as a point of contact, delivering training to up-skill managers, and ensuring adherence to policies and best practice. Two posts exist: one in Luton and Bedfordshire (on-site twice weekly plus London visits) and one in East London (on-site

Qualifications

• Level 5 CIPD or postgraduate diploma in HR management.
• Recent generalist HR experience and providing Employee Relations advice in a large complex organisation.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for managers and employees, providing sound advice on people issues.
• Provide advice, education and coaching on employee relations in line with policies and best practice.
• Deliver training to up-skill managers on ER topics.
