What you’ll be doing

• Acting as the first point of contact for Workday and people process queries, providing clear and timely guidance to managers and colleagues.
• Logging and categorising queries to spot recurring issues, pain points, and opportunities for simplification or automation.
• Investigating root causes of complex queries and sharing insights to inform process improvements.
• Partnering with People Operations, Workday, and Policy teams to ensure consistent and accessible guidance.
• Supporting the review, documentation, and communication of process updates.
• Creating and updating manager guides, toolkits, FAQs, and process documentation to promote self‑service.
• Testing and validating changes to Workday processes to ensure they meet user needs.
• Championing a culture of continuous improvement by raising issues constructively and proposing enhancements.

What you’ll bring
