Job summary

Metro is seeking a Junior HR Advisor to join the People & Performance team. You will support managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle, handling employee relations casework and helping to deliver an exceptional employee experience.

Reporting into the People & Performance Manager, you will maintain HR data integrity, ensure policy and legislative compliance, and provide pragmatic, confidential guidance to colleagues at all levels.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of HR processes, employment legislation and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional and approachable style.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
