Job summary

Oakleaf Partnership is seeking an ambitious People Advisor to join the high-performing People Team. You will provide practical HR advice and support to managers, handling employee relations cases and ensuring HR processes align with policy and employment law.

You will coach managers on absence, performance, conduct and engagement, and contribute to wider people initiatives and business transformation across the organisation.

Qualifications

• HR advisory or employee relations experience in a generalist role.
• Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience coaching and supporting line managers.
• Excellent communication, influencing and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret HR data and identify practical solutions.
• Collaborative and commercially minded approach.
• CIPD Level 3 or 5 desirable but not essential.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious People Advisor to join a high-performing operational People Team.

Reporting to the People Partner, you will provide practical HR advice and support to managers and colleagues, managing employee relations cases and ensuring HR processes are applied consistently and in line with policy and employment law.

You will be a trusted advisor, helping managers build confidence and capability across areas including absence, performance, conduct and engagement. You will also support wider people initiatives, employee lifecycle processes and business transformation.

What you'll be doing
