Location: Poole, Dorset
Hours: Part time (30 hours over 4 or 5 days)

Join our small but mighty People & Performance team and help our manufacturing teams thrive. You'll work closely with leaders and managers to tackle day-to-day people challenges, coach and support managers, navigate employee relations matters, drive engagement, and help create a great place to work. Leading a team of two, you'll roll up your sleeves and make a real difference to our people and our business every day.
