Betfred Group Holdings Limited is seeking a People Partner to lead a high-performing, commercially focused HR service for a Retail strand or Head Office area. You will work with the HR Manager to steer a team including Senior HR Advisor, HR Advisor and HR Administrator, setting clear standards, ownership and continuous improvement.

The role requires strong technical HR judgement, autonomy, and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Formación

• Strong, technical HR judgement with ability to challenge and influence at senior level.
• Experience leading HR advice across multi-site or retail environments.
• Ability to translate case data into actionable people plans and improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the senior HR contact for the allocated Retail strand or Head Office, building credibility with leaders.
• Line manage and develop the Senior HR Advisor and HR Advisor, including coaching and performance reviews.
• Maintain oversight of ER activity, absence, risk and workload across the area with proactive progression of cases.
• Own absence management and identify trends, management gaps and improvement actions.
• Support restructures, TUPE, consultation processes and wider organisational change, with cross-cover where needed.
