Job summary

Betsson Group is seeking an experienced HR Manager to own the people function for Sporting Solutions in London. You will partner with managers and employees to guide and deliver across the full employee lifecycle, balancing business needs with an outstanding employee experience.

You will work closely with a global HR team to shape people practices, lead HR projects, and help position Betsson as an Employer of Choice within a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Broad HR experience across full employee lifecycle.
• Strong coaching and stakeholder-management skills.
• Knowledge of employment agreements, labour law, performance management, compensation and benefits, and end-of-employment processes.
• Experience supporting recruitment, employer branding, organisational development and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle.
• Own and improve HR processes in collaboration with the global HR team.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management and end-of-employment procedures.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and events to strengthen connection and engagement.
• Partner with managers to design organisational development initiatives and workforce planning.
