Essential Employment in Sunderland is seeking a People Partner for a temporary role. You will deliver an expert, customer-focused ER service across designated areas, partnering with managers to support people-related issues.

You will handle attendance, performance matters, investigations, grievances, disciplinaries, restructures and TUPE activity, while coaching managers, maintaining records, contributing to policy development and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Experience handling employee relations cases and advising managers.
• Strong stakeholder relationship skills with managers and trade unions.
• Ability to analyse data and develop people-related resources.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality, customer-focused ER support to managers.
• Lead on attendance, performance, investigations, grievances, disciplinaries, restructures and TUPE.
• Develop policies reflecting organisational values; maintain ER records.
• Coach and train managers to uplift capability.
• Analyse people data to inform decisions and fair pay/grading.
