Job summary

CityFibre is seeking a People Partner contractor for a 3-month engagement, with remote work and occasional travel to Milton Keynes or London. You will guide leaders through complex employee relations, redundancy and change programmes, ensuring fair, compliant outcomes while coaching managers across the business.

You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders, use data to spot risks, and help shape HR policies to maintain a great employee experience during change. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex employee relations cases with clear, balanced HR advice.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and experience supporting redundancy, restructuring and change programmes.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with managers and senior stakeholders, influencing decisions through collaboration.
