We are looking for a proactive, experienced and personable People Partner to join our busy People team. Working closely with the Chief Customer & People Officer, you will provide practical HR advice and support to leaders and colleagues across the business, whilst helping to deliver a range of People initiatives across employee relations, recruitment, learning and development, colleague engagement, culture, reward and benefits, policies and HR projects.
This is a hands‑on role which offers the opportunity to make a real difference across the employee lifecycle. You'll build strong relationships with colleagues and managers, coach and support leaders through people‑related matters, and play an important role in shaping our culture and ways of working.
You'll also oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the HR function, working alongside the People & Office Assistant to coordinate payroll administration and office facilities.
We're looking for someone who is confident working across both day to day operational and more strategic aspects of HR, enjoys building trusted relationships and takes pride in providing a high‑quality, responsive and commercially minded People service. Key accountabilities include:
You'll be an experienced HR professional who enjoys working closely with people and making a difference. You'll be confident providing advice to managers, handling sensitive employee relations matters and helping leaders develop their people management skills.
CIPD qualification or working towards this would be advantageous, although we're equally interested in the right experience, approach and attitude.
Previous experience within the travel industry is not essential. What matters most is your ability to build trusted relationships, provide great people support and make things happen.
