Allen Associates is seeking a seasoned People Partner to provide expert HR support to SME clients within a consultancy setting. You will lead HR issues, advise on employment law, and drive HR projects across multiple client engagements.

The role demands strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to manage several clients concurrently, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. Flexible hybrid working with client site visits across regions is available.

Qualifications

• Solid generalist HR experience, ideally within a consultancy or support role.
• Working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.

This is a Fixed Term Contract for 12-months, with possibility of a permanent position.

People Partner Responsibilities

This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

• Serving as an internal client lead on HR issues, providing strategic and practical support to SME clients across various sectors.
• Advising on employment law, restructuring, redundancy, change management, disciplinary, and grievances to ensure compliant solutions.
• Leading HR projects such as performance management systems, salary reviews, staff engagement surveys, and policy development.
• Building strong relationships with Founders, CEOs, and COOs, understanding their business and people objectives, and delivering value-added HR services.
• Working proactively to anticipate client needs and offering pragmatic solutions to complex HR challenges.
• Attending client sites as required and collaborating with colleagues to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

Location
