Location: Hampshire - Office based Monday - Friday (with travel between local sites)
Salary: £45-46,000 per annum

Reporting into the senior People team, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders, providing expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle. Alongside supporting a designated business area, you will take the lead on talent acquisition and recruitment strategy, ensuring the organisation continues to attract and retain exceptional people.
This is a varied role combining strategic business partnering with hands‑on HR delivery, where you'll work closely with leadership teams to drive engagement, succession planning, workforce development and continuous improvement across the People function.
