Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking an experienced People Partner to join the People Team during a transformation phase. You will partner with senior leaders, influence business decisions, and deliver people solutions that boost performance, engagement and growth.

Your scope includes ER, organisational change, talent development and workforce planning to shape a high-performing organisation. You’ll work across restructures, TUPE consultations, and leadership coaching, using data to drive

Qualifications

• Experience as a People Partner, HRBP, or Senior HR Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience managing complex ER cases and organisational change.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Data-driven and commercially minded approach.
• CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on complex employee relations matters.
• Lead and support organisational change including restructures and TUPE transfers.
• Coach managers to build leadership capability and confidence.
• Support talent, succession, and workforce planning initiatives.

• Use people data and insights to influence decision-making and improve outcomes.
• Contribute to key People projects through to April 2027.
