Job summary

Croud is seeking a People Operations & Payroll Coordinator to support HR administration, payroll processing, and benefits across UK, US, and Dubai regions. You will ensure accurate employee data, assist onboarding/offboarding, and respond to routine inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days in Shrewsbury office. Competitive salary between £30,000 and £35,000 depending on skills and experience, with progression within our framework.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fast-paced HR Administration, People Operations or Payroll support.
• Ability to maintain accurate employee records and manage payroll inputs.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems and data governance.

Responsibilities

• HR Administration & People Operations: handle enquiries, support onboarding/offboarding, maintain records.
• Payroll & Benefits: coordinate payroll changes, manage benefits enrolment and queries.
• Compliance & Reporting: conduct regular audits, ensure GDPR compliance and data integrity.
