Job summary

K.A.G. Recruitment is partnering with a leading Stafford IT/HR-focused organisation to recruit a People Operations Support. Based in Stafford, you will join the People Operations team to handle HR systems, People Data, reporting and processes.

You will work with employees and managers, maintain accurate records, support people processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, with potential for development in HR data and systems.

Qualifications

• Generalist HR or People Operations background with an interest in People Data, systems and processes.
• Experience using HR/People Management systems and working with People Data and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills; handling sensitive information professionally.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and forward-thinking business based in Stafford, supporting the People Operations team across HR systems, processes and People Data.

Role: People Operations Support

Salary: £31,364

Location: Stafford (ST18)

Hours of Work: 37 hours per week, office-based (Mon-Thurs 08:30-16:30; Fri 08:30-16:00)

About the Role

Working as part of the People Operations team, you will provide support across HR systems, People Data, reporting and processes.

You will work closely with employees and managers, maintaining accurate records, supporting people processes and helping to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in HR or People Operations who has an interest in People Data and systems.

Key Responsibilities

About You

We are looking for someone with a generalist HR or People Operations background who also has an interest in People Data, systems and processes.

You will ideally have previous HR or People Operations experience, with experience using HR/People Management systems and working with People Data and reporting. You will have strong attention to detail and organisational skills, be comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information, and have a proactive and collaborative approach.

Desirable: An HR Support Level 3 qualification or someone working towards this, along with experience of HR systems development or upgrades, process improvement, and working with People metrics and reporting.
