Job summary

Converge Technology Solutions UK is seeking a proactive People Operations Support to manage and improve Dayforce HRIS and related People systems. You’ll transform data into meaningful insights and support executives with informed decisions.

You’ll analyse workforce data, develop dashboards, and collaborate with managers to optimise employee lifecycle processes while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. This role sits at the heart of People, Data and Technology.

At Converge Technology Solutions, we're looking for a People Operations Support professional who sees beyond administration and wants to use data, technology and process improvement to make a real impact. This role supports the development and optimisation of our People systems and processes, with Dayforce HRIS at the heart of our People technology landscape.

What you'll be doing

You’ll play a key role in ensuring our People data, systems and processes are accurate, efficient and deliver meaningful insights to support business decisions.

• Maintaining and enhancing our Dayforce HRIS and People systems.
• Analysing People data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Developing reports, dashboards and meaningful workforce insights.
• Supporting system upgrades, testing and continuous improvement activities.
• Reviewing employee lifecycle processes and recommending smarter, more automated ways of working.
• Mapping and documenting People processes to support operational excellence.
• Ensuring data integrity, compliance and high-quality employee records.
• Working closely with managers and colleagues to improve the employee experience through effective systems and processes.
