Job summary

Webuyprop is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead people strategy in the United Kingdom. You will develop HR policies, drive end-to-end recruitment, and guide onboarding, engagement, and retention across multiple teams.

You will manage employee records, performance processes, training, and analytics to ensure compliance and foster a positive, inclusive culture across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective HR strategies aligned with business goals and organisational growth.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Create a positive employee experience by supporting engagement, retention, and workplace initiatives.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Support performance management processes including reviews, feedback, and development plans.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, training programs, and professional development activities.
• Provide guidance to employees and management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Assist in resolving employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.
• Support payroll coordination and ensure accurate employee information management.
• Monitor employment legislation updates and ensure HR practices remain compliant.
• Develop strategies to improve employee satisfaction and organisational culture.
• Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and management insights.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand workforce requirements.
• Support talent management and succession planning initiatives.
• Promote diversity, inclusion, and a positive working environment.
