Job summary

Pasta Evangelists in the UK is seeking a People Operations Manager to support rapid growth across cloud kitchens, Harrods pasta counters and our offices. You will lead employee relations, ensure policy and legal compliance, oversee payroll, and drive scalable HR processes.

You’ll help upskill managers, champion our Italian food culture, manage HR data in HARRI, conduct onboarding, and generate reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in hospitality HR.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or above.
• Experience managing payroll and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations, including disciplinary and grievances.
• Oversee payroll and payroll compliance.
• Develop, update and implement HR policies.
• Advise managers on policy application and legal compliance.
• Drive performance reviews and engagement surveys.
• Maintain HR records and data protection compliance.
