Qualifications

• Experience owning or administering HR systems in scaling or multinational organisations.
• Experience coordinating payroll with Finance or external payroll provider.
• Experience onboarding, offboarding and lifecycle administration.
• Experience maintaining employee records, governance docs, audit trails.
• Track record of improving HR processes, systems or workflows.
• Experience in regulated, audit-focused environments.
• Strong HR systems administration, process-management and payroll governance.
• Ability to analyze People data and produce reports with high data accuracy.
• Experience managing projects with deadlines and quality standards.
• Strong stakeholder management across People, Finance, IT and operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Discreet handling of confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration, maintenance and data integrity of HR systems and tooling; support HiBob implementation.
• Coordinate end-to-end payroll operations with Finance, ensuring governance and escalation controls.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle processes including contracts and benefits.
• Maintain accurate employee records, audit trails and governance documentation.
• Draft and update People policies, process maps and procedures.
• Identify inefficiencies and introduce improvements, automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Manage projects, vendors, compliance risks and guide junior team members.
