Job summary

Tillo is seeking a People Operations Generalist to help build a scalable People experience across onboarding, payroll, systems, and international operations. This role is based in our Hove office 2-3 days a week, offering broad exposure to core People initiatives.

You'll own HiBob, Ashby, Ravio and Notion workflows, design user-friendly processes, and deliver data-driven insights that shape compensation, engagement and performance. A collaborative, proactive mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in People Operations or HR generalist roles covering the employee lifecycle.
• Experience with payroll and accuracy in processing payroll data.
• Comfort with HR technology and designing workflows, automations and better processes.
• Proficiency with data, spreadsheets, dashboards and People analytics.
• Ability to create clear, professional reports and presentations for different audiences.
• Experience supporting performance, compensation, engagement or other core People cycles.
• Curious, organized and able to identify and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own and continually improve our People processes across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Take ownership of HiBob, building intuitive workflows, automations, reporting and self-service, coordinating with IT and Finance.
• Design processes with the end user in mind: simple, clear and easy for managers and employees to navigate.
• Maintain accurate employee data, contracts and employment documentation across our international population.
• Payroll management across multiple territories, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Build dashboards, reports and dashboards that turn People data into insights and actions.
• Collaborate with Finance Reporting and FP&A on headcount and workforce costs.
• Support international locations and Employer of Record relationships as we scale.
