Job summary

Future is seeking a People Operations professional to join our Bath-based hybrid team. You’ll be the first point of contact for HR queries and manage onboarding, offboarding and internal moves using Dayforce.

You’ll collaborate with the People & Culture team to improve processes, manage benefits, and generate HR reports. A strong eye for detail and proficiency with Excel/Sheets are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience administering an HRIS, Dayforce preferred.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• A collaborative mindset across the business.
• Proactive problem-solving and HR process improvement.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets and HR data handling.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Administer accurate onboarding, offboarding and internal moves.
• Deliver weekly Day 1 orientation sessions with peers.
• Maintain HR systems, employee files and Dayforce documentation.
• Provide admin support for absence, probation and parental leave.
• Respond to first-line HR queries from staff and managers.
• Support process improvements and benefits administration.
• Help develop recurring and ad hoc HR reports.
