Job summary

Future plc in Bath is seeking a People Operations Generalist to own HRIS administration and admin tasks across onboarding, offboarding and internal moves. Youll partner with the People & Culture team to ensure accurate Dayforce data and efficient HR processes.

This hybrid role offers £26,500–£32,000, two days per week at the Bath office, plus uncapped leave, profit share, referral rewards, wellbeing support and an Employee Share Plan.

Qualifications

• Experience administering an HRIS, Dayforce preferred.
• Strong organisational and data handling skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and improve HR processes.
• Proven attention to detail when managing employee data and contracts.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for HR reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide onboarding, offboarding and internal moves administration.
• Deliver weekly Day 1 orientation sessions with other HR Generalists.
• Maintain Dayforce employee data and documentation accurately.
• Support absence management, probation and parental leave processes.
• Respond to first-line employee relations queries from staff and managers.
• Assist People & Culture with process improvements and benefits administration.
• Help maintain complete employee data records in Dayforce.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc HR reports for leadership needs.
