Job summary

Connect Legal Partners is seeking an HR professional to join the shared service team supporting staff across the UK and overseas.

You will be the first point of contact for people queries, advise on policy, and coach managers on performance and ER issues, including disciplinary and grievance processes. The role involves handling leavers, right-to-work checks, and DSARs with meticulous quality checks.

Qualifications

• HR advisor, generalist or people operations experience.
• Good stakeholder skills.
• Close attention to detail.
• Confident with HR systems, Word and Excel.
