HR Advisor – International Law Firm – London

We are recruiting an HR Advisor for a leading international law firm based in central London.

This role would suit an experienced HR Advisor who has worked within a law firm or similar professional services environment and is comfortable supporting managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities will include:

• Providing advice on employee relations matters
• Supporting performance and absence management
• Advising managers on HR policies and procedures
• Supporting organisational and people-related projects
• Assisting with employee lifecycle processes
• Working closely with HR colleagues and senior stakeholders
• Maintaining accurate HR documentation and records

Previous law firm experience is highly desirable.

You should have strong communication skills, sound employment law knowledge and the confidence to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Based in central London with hybrid working.
