Broadgate is seeking an HR Integration Manager for the UK & Ireland with hybrid working. You will lead the people integration journey after acquisitions, shaping how organisations grow while protecting talent, culture and client relationships.

You’ll coordinate design, payroll, HR systems, recruitment, learning and engagement, ensuring milestones are met, risks managed, and leaders are engaged throughout the transition.

Formación

• Significant HR/People & Culture experience with change management.
• Direct experience leading the people aspects of M&A integrations or comparable programmes.
• Experience in professional services or complex, client-facing environments.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate organisational design, employee transitions, payroll and benefits changes.
• Manage HR systems, recruitment, learning and employee engagement during integrations.
• Ensure milestones are delivered and risks are escalated early.
• Support leaders through change and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Build and share integration playbooks and processes for future acquisitions.
