Bain and Gray is seeking a senior HR Manager for a project-based assignment focused on a post-acquisition integration across UK businesses. The role requires ownership of the people side of the transfer, including TUPE and employee consultation, with the ability to move around 40 employees through UK entities.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in business integrations in the UK, ideally within start-up or scale-up settings, and be comfortable working at pace with limited direction.

• Senior HR experience with post-acquisition integrations.
• Experience advising on HR implications of transfers and TUPE.
• Ability to lead people-related processes under tight timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Advise the business on HR implications of the integration and transfer approach.
• Mobilise the integration and manage people-related processes and challenges.
• Own the transfer process, including TUPE and employee consultation.
• Demonstrate UK-wide transfer experience and involvement in similar post-acquisition work.
• Show experience in fast-paced start-up/scale-up environments and navigate ambiguity.
