Job summary

BKL is seeking a People Integration & Project Manager to lead the People workstream across M&A integration and broader People & Culture projects in a London-based hybrid role. You will coordinate due diligence, design integration plans, manage governance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions for acquired employees and HR systems.

The role emphasizes structured delivery, human-centred change, and partnership with senior leaders to create capacity and value

Responsibilities

• Project-manage the People due diligence workstream and translate findings into action.
• Mobilise and manage the People workstream from signing through Day 1 and beyond.
• Establish proportionate integration governance, including RAID logs and decision logs.
• Coordinate contributions from People specialists, Corporate Development, Finance, Legal and external advisers.
• Build relationships across BKL and acquired businesses to enable delivery.
• Lead or project-manage selected cross-functional People & Culture priorities.
