Job description

Job Description: HR Advisor at Kinly

Location: Sunbury, Surrey (Hybrid working available)

Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 plus benefits

Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours/week

Interview Process: Two stages (Teams and in-person)

Kinly is a leading company in Audio Visual and Unified Communications technology, working with global organizations to enhance collaboration and productivity. We design, engineer, and support innovative AV solutions that deliver exceptional user experiences.

We are seeking a proven HR Advisor to join our collaborative People team. You will support People Business Partners, lead people initiatives, and manage the People Administration team, including line management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide HR support across UK & Ireland offices
  2. Collaborate with People Business Partners to focus on People Admin team goals
  3. Support management with HR processes such as probation, absence, disciplinary, and grievances
  4. Monitor absence trends and advise line managers
  5. Assist with TUPE transfers, mergers, and acquisitions
  6. Respond to People inbox queries and oversee email responses
  7. Manage SharePoint content and design
  8. Support rollout of engagement surveys, well-being, and culture initiatives

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven HR Advisor experience in a commercial environment
  • Experience managing complex ER issues
  • Familiarity with HR & Payroll systems
  • Process-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels
  • Ability to handle complex People queries
