An established industry player is seeking a skilled HR Advisor to enhance their People team. This role involves supporting HR initiatives, managing complex employee relations issues, and advising line managers across the UK & Ireland. You'll collaborate closely with People Business Partners to drive focus areas and ensure effective people administration. Location: Sunbury, Surrey (Hybrid working available)
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 plus benefits
Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours/week

We are seeking a proven HR Advisor to join our collaborative People team. You will support our People Business Partners and lead initiatives, ensuring the People Administration team has the skills and processes to handle people-related queries. You will have line management responsibilities for the People Administrator and Support Placement Student, and be involved in various projects led by the People Business Partners.
You will also advise line managers across the UK & Ireland on all people matters, building strong relationships as a trusted partner.
