Job summary

This is an exciting on-site HR Advisor role at a well-established manufacturing site in the United Kingdom. The position is Monday to Friday, site-based, offering variety, autonomy, and a direct impact on the ground.

You will manage employee relations, lead on-site recruitment, and drive engagement and wellbeing initiatives. You’ll coach line managers, support projects, and partner with trade unions and senior leaders to delivery practical HR solutions in a manufacturing/FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in end to end employee relations (day to day & complex cases).
• Proven ability to build relationships at all levels, and with unions.
• Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment or similar.
• Comfortable using HR systems and MS Office.
• CIPD qualified (or equivalent) - desirable but not essential.
