• Collaborate with the management team to support daily store operations.
• Oversee an allocated section or department, including commercial planning, stock management, planograms, and visual impact to drive sales.
• Supervise till areas or fitting rooms as required.
• Organise and lead the Retail Assistant team, assigning daily tasks.
• Motivate and coach the team to deliver an exceptional store environment and customer experience while optimising sales.
• Invest in personal development through internal learning pathways and career progression.
