Zusammenfassung

The Sterling Choice is seeking an HR Advisor for a busy 24/7 food manufacturing operation. You will coach managers on people management, handle employee relations, support recruitment and onboarding, and drive wellbeing and engagement across the site.

You'll work on employment law guidance, reward processes, and HR projects, with opportunities to develop within the HR function and across an international group. CIPD Level 3/5 is desirable, and shop floor presence is valued.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as HR Advisor in a fast-paced environment, ideally in food manufacturing.
• Strong employee relations and coaching skills for managers.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Coaching and developing line managers to enhance people management capability.
• Managing employee relations issues including absence, disciplinary and performance matters.
• Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Driving wellbeing and engagement initiatives across the site.
• Advising managers on employment law and HR best practice.
• Supporting reward activities, including annual bonus processes.
• Engaging in HR projects to improve employee experience.
